It was an okay experience for a hotel in the Pyrenees during the New Year period. the outdoor scenery was breathtaking, especially the nearby National Park which was easy to access. the pool was a nice addition too, considering it was winter. the staff was friendlier than expected.
It was a bumpy start. the check-in took longer than expected as the staff's English was poor and there were issues with the bungalow.

Wonderful little cabin for 4. Price right. Nice pool. Easy walk to town.
Food at the restaurant marginal. OK for my 14 year old. Easy walk to town for excellent food.

Nice location in the Pyreneas. Owners are very kind, and very helpful - try to help in any matter, as much as possible. Also the pool was very nice - each end of day, after a lot of walking, was really a relief.
English has to be improved - though it was manageable.

We booked a cabin close to the national park and the location was truly spectacular. the staff provided helpful advice, and we enjoyed the endless choice of adventure activities nearby. the cabins were comfortable, well-equipped and great value for money.
We found the cleanliness of our cabin lacking in certain areas. Underneath the bed and table were dusty, and the terrace had spiderwebs that had been there for weeks.

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The bungalow was adorable and had everything I needed. It was so clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a cozy bed. The location was ideal for me, as it was very close to the national park and in a stunning area. The staff was also wonderful and provided excellent transportation and parking options.
Nothing was less than perfect about my experience here!

The location is perfect for outdoor activities, with stunning mountain views and easy access to hiking trails. , the staff was always friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. the swimming pool was open and refreshing, an ideal spot for relaxing after a long day of hiking.
The cleanliness of the bungalow was poor, with spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The flies were also a nuisance, buzzing around all the time, and the bungalow was small and cramped.
